Glass fiber infiltrating equipment is to continuously dip glass fiber into epoxy resin matrix to make resin matrix and reinforcement prepreg. Can automatically complete different specifications of glass fiber unwinding, flattening, wetting, homogenizing, exhaust and folding work. Compared with the current manual-paste operation method, the equipment has the advantages of high production efficiency, low labor intensity, good infiltration uniformity, and reduces the damage caused by epoxy resin glue to human body.
玻(bo)纤布(bu)浸(jin)润(run)设备(bei)是(shi)将(jiang)玻璃纤维布(bu)连(lian)续地(di)浸(jin)入环氧(yang)树脂(zhi)基体(ti)，制成(cheng)树脂基(ji)体与增(zeng)强(qiang)体(ti)的预浸料(liao)。可自动(dong)完(wan)成(cheng)不(bu)同规格(ge)玻(bo)纤(xian)布的放卷(juan)、展(zhan)平、浸润(run)、匀胶(jiao)、排气(qi)及(ji)叠(die)布(bu)工作(zuo)。本(ben)设(she)备(bei)与(yu)目前(qian)的(de)手糊(hu)作业方式比较(jiao)，具有生产效率高，劳(lao)动(dong)强度(du)低，浸润(run)均(jun)匀性好，减轻(qing)了(le)环氧(yang)树(shu)脂(zhi)胶(jiao)对人(ren)体(ti)造成的(de)伤害。<br/>

1、智能控(kong)制，设(she)备(bei)可(ke)根据布(bu)卷(juan)宽度规格(ge)，自动确(que)定(ding)放胶量(liang)，减少胶液(ye)的浪(lang)费(fei)；
