Glass fiber infiltrating equipment is to continuously dip glass fiber into epoxy resin matrix to make resin matrix and reinforcement prepreg. Can automatically complete different specifications of glass fiber unwinding, flattening, wetting, homogenizing, exhaust and folding work. Compared with the current manual-paste operation method, the equipment has the advantages of high production efficiency, low labor intensity, good infiltration uniformity, and reduces the damage caused by epoxy resin glue to human body.
玻纤(xian)布浸(jin)润设备是(shi)将玻璃(li)纤维布连(lian)续地浸(jin)入环氧树脂(zhi)基(ji)体，制成(cheng)树(shu)脂(zhi)基体(ti)与(yu)增强(qiang)体的(de)预(yu)浸料(liao)。可自动完(wan)成(cheng)不同(tong)规格(ge)玻(bo)纤布的(de)放卷(juan)、展(zhan)平(ping)、浸(jin)润(run)、匀胶、排气(qi)及叠布工(gong)作(zuo)。本(ben)设(she)备与(yu)目(mu)前的手(shou)糊作(zuo)业(ye)方(fang)式比较(jiao)，具(ju)有(you)生(sheng)产效(xiao)率(lv)高(gao)，劳(lao)动强度低(di)，浸润(run)均匀性(xing)好(hao)，减(jian)轻了环氧树脂胶对人体(ti)造(zao)成的(de)伤害(hai)。<br/>

1、智能(neng)控制(zhi)，设(she)备可根(gen)据布(bu)卷(juan)宽度(du)规格(ge)，自(zi)动确(que)定(ding)放(fang)胶(jiao)量(liang)，减(jian)少胶(jiao)液的浪费；
Intelligent control, it allows the equipment to automatically determine the amount of adhesive to be applied based on the width specifications of the fabric roll, thereby reducing waste of adhesive liquid;
2、浸(jin)润(run)均匀(yun)，玻纤布内(nei)外面同(tong)时(shi)浸(jin)润(run)，压辊的(de)速度(du)与压(ya)力(li)连续(xu)可调(diao)，浸润(run)均匀(yun)一致；
