This equipment is mainly used for blade posture adjustment and field transport in the production process of large-scale wind turbines, which can be used for the production of large blades with a diameter of 80-160m. The equipment has strong structure rigidity, firm clamping, large turnover angle, accurate positioning, high automation, simple operation, thoughtful and safe blade protection, which can fundamentally solve the technical problems of turnover and transportation in the blade production process, and play a role in guaranteeing the blade production quality.

本设备用于(yu)风机(ji)叶(ye)片(pian)姿(zi)态(tai)调(diao)整(zheng)及场内(nei)生(sheng)产(chan)转运(yun),由(you)前车(che)和(he)后车(che)构成(cheng),可供(gong)长度100m~150m大兆瓦风机叶(ye)片(pian)生产专用。
该设备(bei)结(jie)构刚(gang)性强,夹(jia)紧(jin)可(ke)靠,定位(wei)准确(que),安(an)全稳(wen)定,操作(zuo)直(zhi)观(guan)方便,能(neng)够(gou)根本性的解(jie)决目前大型(xing)叶片(pian)在生产(chan)过(guo)程中的(de)翻转技术难题(ti),为叶片生产(chan)提(ti)供良好的(de)保(bao)障(zhang)。
