This equipment is mainly used for blade posture adjustment and field transport in the production process of large-scale wind turbines, which can be used for the production of large blades with a diameter of 80-160m. The equipment has strong structure rigidity, firm clamping, large turnover angle, accurate positioning, high automation, simple operation, thoughtful and safe blade protection, which can fundamentally solve the technical problems of turnover and transportation in the blade production process, and play a role in guaranteeing the blade production quality.

本(ben)设备用(yong)于(yu)风机叶片(pian)姿态调整(zheng)及(ji)场(chang)内(nei)生产转运,由(you)前(qian)车和(he)后(hou)车(che)构成,可(ke)供长度100m~150m大(da)兆瓦(wa)风(feng)机叶片(pian)生产(chan)专用。
该设备结(jie)构刚(gang)性(xing)强(qiang),夹紧可(ke)靠(kao),定位准确,安全(quan)稳定,操(cao)作直观(guan)方(fang)便,能够(gou)根(gen)本性的解(jie)决(jue)目前(qian)大型(xing)叶(ye)片(pian)在生(sheng)产过(guo)程中的(de)翻(fan)转(zhuan)技(ji)术(shu)难题,为叶片(pian)生产提(ti)供(gong)良好的(de)保障(zhang)。

The equipment has strong structure rigidity, firm clamping, large turnover angle, accurate positioning, high automation, simple operation, thoughtful and safe blade protection, which can fundamentally solve the technical problems of turnover and transportation in the blade production process, and play a role in guaranteeing the blade production quality.
