树脂(zhi)分流器(qi)
Resin diversion system

1、柔(rou)性分(fen)流系统(tong)，可适应(ying)叶片不同(tong)截(jie)面(mian)，对(dui)叶(ye)片(pian)的(de)树(shu)脂灌注实(shi)现(xian)精准(zhun)控制；

The flexible diversion system can be adapted to different cross-sections of the blades, precisely control resin perfusion into blades;

2、配备(bei)遥(yao)控控(kong)制(zhi)，可实现(xian)单(dan)人(ren)同(tong)时(shi)控(kong)制多(duo)个(ge)分(fen)流器(qi)；无(wu)需(xu)人(ren)工进(jin)入(ru)模(mo)具(ju)内部调节阀门，避免(mian)损坏(huai)袋膜造(zao)成(cheng)灌注不(bu)良；

Equipped with remote control, it can achieve single person simultaneous control of multiple diverters; No need to manually enter the mold to adjust the valves, avoid damaging the bag film causing poor filling;

3、自(zi)动调(diao)整分流(liu)器(qi)开度，使(shi)灌注(zhu)树(shu)脂(zhi)用(yong)量(liang)得到精(jing)细控制；

Automatically adjusting the opening of the diverter, so that the amount of injected resin can be carefully controlled;

4、人(ren)工在叶(ye)片外部(bu)检(jian)测(ce)便可实(shi)现灌(guan)注(zhu)的(de)控制；

The perfusion control can be realized manually by detecting the outside of the blade;

5、可(ke)伸缩悬挂分(fen)流(liu)系(xi)统(tong)，可(ke)适用于(yu)叶(ye)片(pian)不(bu)同(tong)弦(xian)长(zhang)位置的(de)灌(guan)注；

Retractable suspension diversion system, which is adapt to the perfusion location of different chord lengths of blades;

6、不需要改变现(xian)有管路(lu)的连接(jie)方(fang)式，对(dui)原(yuan)管路上(shang)的球阀(fa)进行(xing)开度控制，安装(zhuang)简单；

No need to change the existing pipeline connection, through opening control of the original pipeline ball valve to achieve simple installation;

7、灌注(zhu)完成后(hou)，管(guan)路(lu)可(ke)以轻(qing)松脱离分流(liu)器，分流器可(ke)以在下一(yi)套模(mo)具上(shang)继(ji)续使(shi)用(yong)或进行(xing)存(cun)储(chu)；

After perfusion, the line can be easily detached from the diverter and the diverter can be re-used or  stored on the next set of moulds;

8、常(chang)闭(bi)分流器(qi)，可实现紧(jin)急情(qing)况的(de)灌注自(zi)动(dong)停(ting)止；

Normally closed diverter, which can realize automatic perfusion stop in case of emergency;

9、配(pei)有(you)UPS电(dian)源(yuan)，大(da)大提(ti)高灌注(zhu)的(de)安(an)全(quan)性(xing)。

Equipped with UPS power, which greatly improves the safety of perfusion.
