       打孔机(ji)激(ji)光(guang)平面测量系统(tong)是利用(yong)端(duan)面(mian)铣床(chuang)或(huo)打孔(kong)机(ji)横梁的高(gao)速(su)旋(xuan)转(zhuan)，对已(yi)加工(gong)完的(de)端面(mian)进(jin)行(xing)测量，并(bing)计算(suan)出(chu)平面(mian)度(du)峰(feng)峰值(zhi)，方便客户(hu)进(jin)行(xing)合格(ge)判定。同(tong)时(shi)该系统(tong)也(ye)可以用(yong)于初(chu)始平面的测(ce)量，指(zhi)导打(da)孔(kong)机(ji)调节铣(xi)刀(dao)头(tou)的首(shou)次进(jin)刀量(防(fang)止(zhi)出现(xian)空(kong)铣或撞(zhuang)刀)，预估(gu)总(zong)的(de)加工余(yu)量(liang)及时间，对(dui)生(sheng)产(chan)进(jin)行有序(xu)安(an)排，系(xi)统(tong)可(ke)靠(kao)，测(ce)量精(jing)准(强(qiang)反光面(mian)除外(wai)，可(ke)以通过(guo)其他方式(shi)弥(mi)补)，提高了设(she)备(bei)的加工效率(lv)和(he)产(chan)品(pin)的(de)合格(ge)率(lv)，缩(suo)短了检测时间(jian)，为客户(hu)降本(ben)提效(xiao)做(zuo)出(chu)贡(gong)献。<br/>

       The laser plane measurement system  uses high-speed rotation of end face milling machines or punching machine cross beams to measure the processed end faces and calculate the peak to peak flatness values, facilitating customer qualification judgment. At the same time, the system can also be used for measuring the initial plane, guiding the drilling machine to adjust the first feed rate of the milling cutter head (to prevent empty milling or tool collision), estimating the total machining allowance and time, and arranging production in an orderly manner. The system is reliable and the measurement is accurate (except for strong reflective surfaces, which can be compensated by other means), improving the processing eficiency of the equipment and the qualification rate of the product, shortening the detection time, and contributing to cost reduction and eficiency improvement for customers.
