风电叶(ye)片疲(pi)劳实验机(ji)是(shi)用于对叶(ye)片(pian)进(jin)行疲(pi)劳测试(shi)的特(te)种设(she)备(bei)，采(cai)用(yong)PLC+HMI+PC对两(liang)台(tai)疲劳(lao)实验(yan)主(zhu)机(ji)分别进(jin)行(xing)自(zi)动(dong)控制(zhi)，通过设(she)定(ding)叶片应变(bian)和振(zhen)幅(fu)，系(xi)统(tong)智能(neng)控(kong)制(zhi)电(dian)机的工(gong)作(zuo)频(pin)率(lv)，使(shi)其保持在(zai)最大(da)允(yun)许应力范(fan)围(wei)内(nei)实(shi)现(xian)快速疲(pi)劳(lao)，以(yi)获得(de)使(shi)用(yong)数据(ju)。

The equipment is a special equipment used for blade fatigue testing. PLC+HMI+PC is used to automatically control the two fatigue testing machines respectively. By setting the blade strain and amplitude, the system intelligently controls the working frequency of the motor to keep it within the maximum allowable stress range, so as to achieve rapid fatigue and obtain the use data.

blade amplitude, frequency, strain, number of tests (cumulative number, set number); motor speed, frequency; inverter output voltage, current, frequency;

历史(shi)记录(lu)，根(gen)据设(she)定时(shi)间周(zhou)期记录(lu)叶(ye)片(pian)振幅(fu)、应(ying)变、周期(qi)、频率(lv)以及(ji)对应的(de)时(shi)间（ms）；
Closed-loop control, by setting the blade strain and amplitude, the system automatically adjusts the working frequency of the motor, so that the actual value is within the allowable deviation of the set value;

报(bao)表功能，控制软(ruan)件(jian)可以(yi)根(gen)据(ju)需(xu)求(qiu)生成(cheng)实验数据(ju)报(bao)表；
History record, according to the set time period to record the blade amplitude, strain, period, frequency and the corresponding time (ms);
Reporting function, the control software can generate the experimental data report according to the demand;
